Walking into a new church for the first time can feel a little intimidating. Maybe you’ve been part of a church your entire life. Maybe you’re returning after time away. Or perhaps you’re simply curious about faith and wondering where you fit.

Wherever you find yourself, you’re welcome at Holy Spirit Anglican Church.

We’re a small, Christ-centered church with a big heart for God and for the people around us. We believe church is more than a Sunday service, a building, or a place to go. It’s a family of people learning to follow Jesus, growing together in faith, and discovering how God can work through each of us.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to know all the words or understand everything about church. Come as you are. There’s a place for you here.

More Than a Sunday Morning

At Holy Spirit, we believe following Jesus is something we live every day, not just something we do on Sunday.

We gather to worship, pray, hear God’s Word, and share in Holy Communion. And we’re learning to carry that faith beyond Sunday — finding new ways to encourage one another, care for those around us, and serve our neighbors.

We’re growing together, discovering the gifts God has given us, and looking for opportunities to put our faith into action.

We like to think of ourselves more like a family kitchen than a five-star restaurant.

In a restaurant, you come in, take a seat, and someone serves you. But in a family kitchen, everybody has a part. Someone sets the table, someone prepares the meal, someone welcomes a guest, and someone cleans up afterward.

That’s the kind of church family we want to be.

Not everyone does the same thing, and nobody has to do everything. But everyone has something to offer. Whether it’s a prayer, a helping hand, a listening ear, or simply showing up for someone who needs encouragement, there’s room for you to be part of what God is doing.

We believe God has given each of us gifts, abilities, and opportunities to serve Him.

You don’t need to be a pastor, a Bible scholar, or a longtime church member to make a difference. Faith grows as we walk together, learn from God’s Word, pray for one another, and put our faith into action.

There are opportunities to:

Grow in your relationship with Jesus through worship, prayer, and Scripture.

Build meaningful friendships and find encouragement in a church family.

Discover and use your gifts to serve God and others.

Care for those within our congregation and reach out to our neighbors.

Explore new ways to make a difference in our community.

We’re not a large congregation, and we don’t pretend to have everything figured out. We’re growing, learning, and discovering together what God is calling us to be.

But we believe God can do wonderful things through ordinary people who are willing to say yes to Him.

You don’t have to do it all. You just have to be willing to be part of it.

What to Expect on Sunday

We are an Anglican church, rooted in the historic Christian faith. Our worship brings together Scripture, prayer, Biblical preaching, and Holy Communion in a meaningful and reverent way.

When you visit, you can expect:

A warm, friendly welcome.

Traditional Anglican liturgy with a blend of traditional and contemporary worship elements.

Scripture readings and Biblical preaching.

Prayer and Holy Communion.

A reverent but joyful atmosphere.

A congregation of people from different backgrounds and stages of life.

You don’t need to know when to stand, sit, kneel, or respond. Printed service guides are available, and you’re welcome to participate as you feel comfortable.

Come as You Are

There is no dress code at Holy Spirit. Some people dress formally, while others come casually. Come as you are. We’re simply glad you’re here.

Our Sunday worship begins at 10:00 AM.

Fellowship After Service

After the service, many of us gather for coffee, treats, and conversation. It’s a relaxed time to get to know one another, share a few laughs, and build friendships.

Stay for five minutes or an hour. We’d love to have you.
